BUCKETS & BREWS MUG CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership in the Buckets & Brews Mug Club (the “Club”) operated by Chickie’s & Pete’s at participating Chickie’s & Pete’s full-service locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Missouri. By purchasing a promotional Commemorative Cup, you are signing up for the Club and acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these Terms.
To be eligible for the Club, you must purchase a Commemorative Cup and be 21 or older with a valid government issued photo ID. Corporations, charities, associations and other entities may not subscribe to the Mug Club.
This membership entitles you to $2 Domestic Draft Beers through 4/6/2026. Food purchase and Mug Club card are required when redeeming your $2 Domestic Draft Beer. For Chickie’s & Pete’s locations in Pennsylvania, refill redemptions are not available after midnight. All refills must be consumed at the restaurant and cannot be purchased to-go. The price of your first $2 Domestic Draft Beer is included in your membership fee.
Commemorative Cups may not be returned, are not redeemable for cash, and are only available while supplies last. Quantities are limited. Club membership fee is non-refundable. Chickie’s & Pete’s reserves the right to refuse to sell alcoholic beverages to any person in accordance with applicable laws.
Valid at participating locations in PA, NJ, and MO, not valid at NV, Tropicana, or Allentown locations. Not valid in any stadium, airport, or other venue locations
Chickie’s & Pete’s may modify, suspend, or terminate the Club in its sole discretion. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
