  1. Call either store to make a reservation or do so at the Host Stand
  2. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by the Hostesses and Gaming Sensei’s, then given a menu
  3. While waiting, familiarize yourself with the menu and PLAY2 games and make your selection of your complimentary video game or program/game on TV
  4. When you’re all set, our Gaming Sensei’s will confirm your choice of the complimentary item and walk you to your apec
  5. Once inside the apec, the Gaming Sensei’s will set you up and address / answer any additional questions you may have
    • If you are not familiar with a video game, they will provide coaching to get you playing as quickly as possible
  6. A Server will then take your order, bring out your food and beverages, and accommodate any additional food / beverage needs.
  7. Once your apec time expires, the Gaming Sensei’s will signal you.  Your server will then provide you with your final bill.
  8. Now that your time is up, you will have 2 options …
    1. Pay your remaining food bill and exit the apec.  Upon exiting the apec, please bring all controllers, if you were gaming, to the Host Stand
    2. Ask the Gaming Sensei’s to extend your time.  Time extensions will only be issued if apecs are available
    • If apecs are available
      • If you currently have a tab open, we can just add the extended time to your tab
      • If no tab is open, please have a member of your party come up to the Host Stand to extend your time
    • If NO apecs are available, you will be required to settle your remaining bill and exit the apec.
